The GenoFoods food map is the result of a partnership between Life Solution  and  NIGeF and is the result of decades of research by medical professionals in the food and behavioral fields.

How many times have we embarked on a sometimes restricted diet and others in which we have abused? WHAT DOES ELIGIBLE FOODS MEAN?

WHAT IS THE GENOFOODS ALIMENTARE MAP

The human body is a machine that, it is evident, does not have the same speed for all individuals. This speed is influenced by numerous environmental factors, but it also depends on "a trademark" that is unique to each: that trademark is determined by DNA.

The DNA of each determines the characteristics of many biochemical reactions that occur in our body. We know that all reactions that occur on a daily basis need vitamins, minerals and other substances that are fundamental to the successful success of such reactions.

The concept of food fitness goes to this level: if we know the characteristics of our engine (through an accurate DNA study) we can know what type of gasoline is appropriate to make it work at its best.

 

The research of Functional Geno Immuno Nutrition (NIGeF) has led to the creation of a tool that can help people through a personalized genetic map and therefore not equal for everyone, the correct suitability of the foods we eat.

What is the SIGNIFICATO of THE ALIMENTARE MAP?

WHICH FOODS ARE MOST SUITABLE?

Unless there are serious contraindications, the food advice provided does not provide for the elimination of any food, even of those that, according to the MAP, are less suitable.

It will then be up to the nutritionist to determine how and how often all foods can be consumed.

 

Is the FOOD PLAN ONLY FOR WHO MUST DIMAGRIRE?

The Food Plan is indicated for any situation where nutrition may be supportive to improve or resolve a clinical symptom or pathology.

It is low inflammatory, optimizes metabolic processes and guarantees the body everything it needs, not being an unbalanced or private food plan, but based on the principles of the Mediterranean diet. It's also great for sportsmen.

 

Is the FOOD PLAN suitable for VEGETARIANS and VEGANS?

Of course, yes: it does not alter people's rhythms and tastes, but it modulates them by rebalancing them, depending on the information obtained through the elaboration of the Food MAP.

 

DO FOODS ALSO INDICATE INTOLERANCES?

Food intolerance is a scientifically undisciplined and highly contradictory clinical entity. The current tests are not validated, apart from specific tests such as those for lactosis or gluten.

The Food MAP does not indicate intolerances, but a greater or lesser fitness from a metabolic point of view and a greater or lesser inflammatory impact.

Certainly a food unsuitable according to the Food MAP can generate over time, if it is not taken correctly, disorders that are then generically defined "by intolerance.

 

Can the VALUES of the MAP change in TIME?

The Food MAP is a parameterization that takes into account both VARIABILITE data (such as the person's clinical and laboratory data) and INVARIABILI data.

If the variable data is also modified the Food MAP will have to be reparameterized and in that case you will see how the values of each food have changed.

Further DNA testing is not necessary for a reparameterization of the Food MAP, but a simple control by the nutritionist.
